What you can enquire about
- Product requirements. A specific belt for a specific vehicle and seating position, including replacement of an existing assembly.
- Application questions. Which configuration suits a vehicle class, a converted layout or an unusual seating arrangement.
- Bulk and fleet requirements. Multi-vehicle and multi-position programmes, replacement cadence and specification consistency across a mixed fleet.
- General information. Component questions, terminology, inspection findings, and anything on this site you would like expanded.
Send these five things
Vehicle make, model, year, variant and VIN · the seating position stated with row, side and drive-hand · photographs of both anchorages, the buckle stalk and the latch plate · whether a retractor is fitted and how it behaves · quantity and timing.

What happens next
-
We read the specification, not the subject line
The first thing we look for is whether the enquiry contains enough to answer properly: the vehicle, the position, the mounting arrangement and the belt configuration. If it does, you get an answer. If something is missing, we will ask for exactly that rather than sending a generic reply.
-
We say plainly what kind of question it is
Some enquiries are sourcing questions. Some are anchorage or structural questions that need a competent professional assessment before any part is selected. We will tell you which one you have, even when that means the answer is not a quotation.
-
Specification is agreed before price
A figure quoted against an unclear requirement helps nobody. Once the specification is settled — configuration, working length, retractor behaviour, buckle family, anchorage geometry — the commercial conversation is straightforward.
-
Volume is planned as a programme
For fleet and bulk requirements we work through which positions across which vehicles, what replacement cadence applies, and how the specification stays consistent as the fleet changes. That planning happens before the first order, not after it.
Please note
Guidance provided in response to an enquiry is general informational guidance. It does not replace applicable vehicle specifications, manufacturer instructions, statutory requirements or assessment by a suitably qualified professional. Installation and any safety-critical modification of restraint components should be carried out in accordance with the applicable vehicle requirements and, where necessary, by a qualified professional.
